Compensation & Expectations:
This is a funded role within a start-up framework. You will have access to comfortable facilities, co-working areas, equipment, incredible hikes, animal therapy, produce from our farm, and soon-to-be regularly scheduled wellness activities and upscaled studio spaces, artistic or therapeutic workshops, a sauna, and more. We will provide you with accommodation, a mealplan, household goods, the possibility of a monthly stipend (depending on your professional level), and ongoing equity potential within the project. Accommodation options include comfortable private rooms with a double bed, linens, a work desk, and an ensuite bathroom, as well as a nourishing lunch buffet and organic veggies and dry goods to support your other meals. Alternatively, you may choose to stay in your own caravan close to nature with access to rustic facilities, or live off-site in your own space and commute to work. Further details will follow upon application approval. See all facilities here.
You will get out what you put in. The sooner we build our team and activate our farm, gardens, event, studio, and rental spaces, the more you, as a crew member, will benefit as well. You will be an integral part of a compassionate business with transparent governance and financial structures. We do not do everything together, all day, every day, and your schedule will not be fully booked with collective activities. However, you will be expected to participate in some non-work, quality time gatherings, which may include monthly potluck picnics, sauna soirées, or other events open to the wider Ariège community as well as the occasional communication, movement, or other group wellbeing practices. Read about all our Structures & Operations here.
